职位描述：

1. 负责编写、更新工艺流程、作业指导书等工艺文件，并培训操作人员，规范生产线作业。
2. 负责提交年度设备投资预算及按时完成年度设备预算内的项目。
3. 负责工艺技术持续优化，解决工艺问题，提升工艺技术和产品质量，组织领导新工艺、新技术的开发。
4. 负责新产品的开发与导入批量产，完善试制报告及有关工艺资料。
5. 负责国外产品的本地化导入。
6. 负责新建产品号、维护产品BOM及原材料工艺消耗定额制定，完成年度BOM审核。
7. 协助质量工程师解决客户投诉，改善提高产品质量，降低产品报废率；协助生产部提高生产效率；协助工程部完成设备改进。
8. 同EHS、生产等部门进行安全风险评估，评估工艺可行性和安全性。

1. 具有本科及以上学历，高分子材料，化学，材料科学等专业。
2. 2年以上工作经验，具有涂层织物、薄膜等材料行业的工作经验者优先考虑。
3. 熟练应用办公软件。
4. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；较好的工作执行能力和逻辑思维能力。
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
6. 敬业、认真、负责，能够承受一定的工作压力。
