Job Responsibility：
1. Contracts printing and filing,
2. Getting approvals and signatures of the contracts,
3. Mailing the original contracts to clients,
4. Coordinating with other departments for contracts workflow,
5. Tracking the contracts status and provide a weekly report,
6. Simple translation work for some corporate documents,
7. Updating the data in Company’s Salesforce, PMS, Sharepoint etc.
8. Other work assigned by his/her manager when necessary.
Job Requirements：
1. College or above, major in law or biologics related,
2. Diligent and hard-working is a must,
3. Good attitude and pleasant personality is a must.
