通过确定苗圃生产方向和生产策略、整合各项资源和结构、加强整个团队的沟通，与董事长、总经理和种植专家一起为公司提供组织领导才能。
1、负责全面性的工作, 协调, 并评价监测生产部门的工作；
2、通过对各项活动，生产成本，营运状况进行的评估分析和数据预测，全面围绕既定目标和种植专家阐明的任务目标，确定生产进度和安排生产工作；必要时需负责采购；
3、教育和工作经验要求：四年制大学本科商科类专业学位，包括人力资源管理，项目管理，领导力及管理会计等。 MBA优先；2~5年的相关工作经验，从事园艺工作行业背景者尤佳，；
4、能代表公司处理公共关系；
5、熟悉财务状况，能分析财务问题和安排财务支出；
6、语言要求：能娴熟地运用流利的英语和汉语向相关管理人员沟通汇报；
7、熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point等办公软件，会操作Access优先。

There are expert growers from Oregon live in China to assure close supervision of our nurseries and to consult with our customers.
