主要职责：
1. 加强现场的管理，严格执行安全生产管理要求，确保整个区域的生产安全，避免安全事故的发生。
2. 协助仓储管理，熟悉仓储流程。不断的优化流程，确保进仓和发货的准确性，加强货物的储存管理，杜绝质量问题的发生。
3. 负责生产工艺流程设定及适用性合理性分析、优化并跟进，提高生产效率
4. 负责产品生产过程监控及质量跟进，异常情况处理和反馈
5. 负责产品生产过程质量总结分析，采取有效措施减少投诉及不合格等异常情况发生
6. 负责操作及流程文件修订、制订、完善的审核工作
7. 上级交付的其他任务
8. 优化生产工艺及流程，改善工艺操作，改进效率低的流程，提升产品质量
9. 协助生产运营管理，保质、保量及按时完成日常生产任务
10. 协助质量监督，及时发现问题并处理问题
11. 熟悉关键岗位，进行轮岗实践
12. 作业区现场6S管理

1. 大专或以上学历，化工、工程、自动化相关专业
2. 良好的沟通、协调、计划、分析及解决问题的能力
3. 极强的化工行业生产运营管理职业发展目标，具管理者潜质
