Description of the Role

In order to supports the BU Fixture business growth ambitions, help product manager to define, create the product portfolio for LED fixture products. (incl. life cycle mgmt, PIPO, roadmaps etc) Help to support the (regional) sales organizations of DANGOO with effective Product- and Marketing activities. To work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Requirements

- Manage New Product Introduction process (NPI)
o Review project management status & challenge project management, R&D to make sure product is in line with expectations
o Manage process from MS0 business case to sales to customers MS4
o Answer all questions during NPI for R&D, production, customers to ensure smooth market introduction and sales performance of the SKU
- Responsible for product portfolio performance:
o New SKU creation & deletion
o Sales, Margin and profit per product line and SKU
o Competitiveness of product portfolio
- Make sure product documentation is clear and available for sales per product line & SKU:
o Product book & Specifications
o PowerPoint with benefits to support sales
o Packaging options
o Pricing
o Product documentation (CE files, UL files, test reports, qualifications, die-lines)
- Marketing input and output
o Competitor benchmarking
o Sales trends
o Technology trends

Qualifications

？ Min. 5 years experience in Product Management, Marketing and Sales (latter is a positive extra), in an international context. Experience of North America market is plus.
？ B2C and/or B2B marketing experience (both would be preferred).
？ Experience in dealing in a multi-national organization and different cultures. Preferably with experience in central- and local positions.
？ Proven ability to deliver high quality results in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment. Analytical skills and hands-on mentality.
？ Excellent verbal and written communications. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
？ Pro-active (self-steering) and strong relationship builder (also with commercial people and customers).
？ Experience and/or strong interest with/in Lighting, Retail and Wholesale- and Installer business.
？ Ability to understand and anticipate market dynamics.
？ Process improvement orientation with strong drive for results & quality.
？ Bachelor or Master in Marketing/Engineering. 举报 分享
