This job is targeted for candidates in India territory only, who needs achieve business targets by developing the needs of existed customers, and explore the potential opportunities; identify market trending and foresee shipment pipeline to schedule a well plan.
本职位只限于长期在印度居住的应聘者，通过开发现有客户需求和新的业务机会来达到销售目标，并且需要跟踪市场动向，准确预期订单量，做好计划。
? Survey and collect Solar PV modules market intelligence by daily, including of customers, competitors, technologies, and market demands; track and report regularly;
日常调查和收集组光伏组件市场情报，包括客户，竞争对手，技术和市场需求等方面；并且能够持续追踪定期报告；
? Maintain close relationship with module manufacturers, and communicate on a frequently regular base by visiting, calling and emails. Identify customers’needs and problems at first earlier stage;
与组件厂保持密切联系，通过拜访，电话和邮件进行定期沟通，能够在早起阶段识别客户需求和问题发生。
? Develop new customers, and make successful introduction through well presentation performance and convinced communication both on technical and commercial;
开发新客户，运用现场展示和有说服力的交流从技术和商务角度进行成功的介绍，
? Work together with team members to finish selling circle, from contract negotiation to payment receiving and aftersales;
和团队成员一起完成整个销售流程，包括从初始合同谈判到结算及售后。

? At least 5 yrs experience on the related work, or 3 yrs in Solar PV module manufacturers or materials suppliers;

? Practical knowledge on PV module lamination and encapsulant materials; know well regular tests on encapsulant such as gel content and peeling strength, and the aging tests;
有组件层压和辅材的实践知识，精通封装膜的常规测试如交联度和剥离强度，和老化测试。
? Efficient with MS office，such as word, excel, outlook, especially PPT.
熟练MS办公软件，如word, excel, outlook, 尤其是 PPT

? Good listening to collect detail information, and good note and reporter;

? Native culture, honest and international team player, respecting different religious believes, and ability to set up relationship with them;
