Responsibilities 职责:

Review financial reports on a monthly basis and comment and sign off.
每月审查财务报告，评论并签署。

Interact with the accounting person on bi-weekly basis to monitor activities
每两个月与会计人员进行交流，以监督工作

Attend Board Meetings on a quarterly basis after the initial meeting.
首次会议后每季度出席董事会会议。

The financial activities shall take place within the scope of approved budget by the Board

Report to Chairman and CEO

Must be able to prepare financial projections for business plan
