Instruction
Gentle Monster is a creative brand from Korea famous for eye-wear fashion since 2012 and now we are paying attention to China market. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to be part of the store sales team. This role is based in ChengDu.
旗舰店管理负责人
岗位职责
* 带领团队达到服务目标，业绩目标
* 向消费者展示GM独特的购物空间，保持并维护品牌的独特性
* 合理安排店员的班次，严格考勤
* 库存管理（收银台、陈列架、仓库等的产品和辅料库存情况）
* 安排店员做好店内的进、销、存货物清点及复盘工作
* 处理店铺内一切账务，日常报销，结算等事项
* 安排日常会议、现金收付等，详细记录店铺日常和特殊事情
* 细心维护店内环境，及时申报并更换需维护的陈列设施
* 有关店铺的一切相关管理
Responsibility
* Achieve store goals in sales and service.
* Deliver an outstanding store experience and strengthens the brand overall.
* Arrange and record the shift.
* Manage the stock（including counter、display and stockroom）
* Charge purchase-sell-stock management system.
* Handle all the financial affairs in the store including daily reimbursement and payments
* Record the daily routine for the store（meeting、cash and problem etc.）
* Taking care of the store interior and replace the need.
职位需求: 成功的应聘者需具备以下技能与品质
* 对时尚零售行业具备全面的了解（必备）
* 需具备三年以上零售管理经验（必备）
* 具备基本的财务管理经验 （必备）
* 海外背景或者奢侈品工作经验将是一个加分
* 热爱时尚并具备流行意识
* 接受挑战，乐于学习，具有团队精神并可以在压力下同时执行多项任务
* 高度的自我管理
* 结果驱动型性格
* 熟练运用办公软件
* 具备组织性和时间规划性
* Requirement (The role will require a candidate with following skills and attributes.)
* Good understanding of retailor fashion industry （essential）
* 3+ years professional working experience in retail management (essential)
* basic accounting skill (essential)
* Overseas or luxury working experience is an advantage.
* A current awareness and appreciation of fashion.
* Team player, fast learner and great multi-tasker who is open to challenges.
* Highly organized.
* Results driven personality.
* Confident with office Microsoft
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
