职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Understand and analyze clients' need and control all the online activities going smoothly;
2. Assist in planning and execution of big digital projects, promotion of creative social media topics, and review project files, including press releases, social media script, etc;
3. Manage the project implement, mission distribution, project development control and monitor the project quality;
4. Make project targets and timelines by phases, and distribute external resources and track work process to make sure the prompt accomplishment of the project;
5. Be clear-minded, and able to dive deep, be capable of planning and integration;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required;
2. Minimum 2-4 years’ working experience within an agency environment;
3. Strong communication and presentation skills,able to maintain good customer relations and coordinate the arrangements of internal work(media,social,creative,tech and project management);
4. In-depth understanding and personal construction for the interactive marketing, has a strong brand strategy and strategic thinking ability;
5. Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection;
6. Work hard, and has strong professional ethics;
