职位描述：
1. Provide consulting and Q&A service for 400 hotline and support.rld@oumeng.com.cn, including reagent and instrument consultation, test result explanation, literature searching, complaint handling and so on. Keep the matters mentioned above recorded. 400技术热线和support邮箱提供咨询答疑服务，包括试剂和仪器产品的相关咨询、结果解释、文献查找、投诉处理等，并做好相应记录；
2. Provide consulting and Q&A service for lab technical hotline and lab.rld@oumeng.com.cn, including test item consultation, test report information inquiry, clinical test result explanation, complaint handling and so on. Keep the matters mentioned above recorded. 实验室技术热线和lab邮箱提供咨询答疑服务，包括检测项目咨询、结果报告信息查询、临床结果解释、投诉处理等，并做好相应记录；
3. Provide consulting and Q&A for “小欧读片” project, including fluorescent slide evalution, result explanation, complaint handling and so on. 小欧读片项目提供咨询答疑服务，包括荧光结果判读、结果解释、投诉处理等，并做好相应记录；
4. Participate in lab internal techical training, improve the technical skills and share the learning experience. 参与实验室内部的技术培训工作，提升技术能力的同时进行学习经验的分享；
5. Take part in other project management, for example external quality assessment, research for new test items. 参与实验室其他项目的管理工作（如室间质评、新增项目调研等等）；

任职要求：

检验、医学以及相关专业本科及以上

具备独立的文档处理能力，熟练使用办公软件，外语能沟通，可以阅读外文文献，有良好的沟通和授课能力，能适应短期出差 举报 分享
