Position Description:
The position is responsible for supporting group-level human capital management initiatives across Esquel’s global operations so as to improve employee and organizational productivity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supporting group HR(projects) team for the tasks below:
1. Implementing various human capital management projects across global operations. Projects include: 1) Performance Management; 2) Learning Management; 3) Recruitment Management.
2. Act as the system administrator of the human capital management system and administrate the system interface, HR processes, user profile and security roles, etc. of the HCM system.
3. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, define and manage project activities.
4. Identify strengths, weaknesses and risks of business processes and provide appropriate solutions that support business goals.
5. Research and apply HR best practices to streamline HR processes.
6. Build strong relationships and maintain effective communications with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Utilize effective change management techniques to ensure user adoption and satisfaction with the HR systems and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Minimum 1 years' experience in project management especially in HR system implementation or process reengineering
2 Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
3 Degree or above, HR or related disciplines preferred
4 Experience in HR system administration highly preferable
5 Practical HR experience as an HR/system consultant or internal practitioner
6 Knowledge in project management methodologies (PMP or Prince2) preferable
7 Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with different levels of stakeholders
8 High learning agility
9 Result-oriented and ability to multi-task
10 Opportunity to travel to Hong Kong and overseas operations
