职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities
This role’s work scope covers subsidiaries in both mainland China and Hong Kong SAR.
1.AR accountant is responsible for collection performance management, including:
？1）Manage full collection process, including internal data collection/communication, push overdue receivables’ collection, and follow up all kinds of issues identified from the process;
   2） Prepare data analysis for collection process, including collection KPI for Business Units, customer credit rating analysis, collection cash flow forecast, etc.
2.AR accountant is responsible for accounting work, which mainly covers:
？1）Customer billing and revenue recognition;
？2）Collection entry booking, matching billing and revenue in a timely manner;
？3）Multiple-dimension AR analysis, by project, by service line or by client, etc.;
？4）Monthly account reconciliation.
3.AR accountant implements internal control in both revenue and billing cycles, ensure company policy compliance in relevant process.
4.AR accountant supports finance reporting and annual audit in relevant areas, such as: preparation/consolidation of relevant note disclosure, support to external auditor’s field work, etc.
5.Other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications Required
1.Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.
2.Over 1 years’ experience in accounting.
3.Good command of both written and spoken English.
4.Excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and excellent problem solving capabilities.
5.Quick learning skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, team spirit, be able to work independently, or under pressure.
6.Strong Microsoft Office skills, experience in Oracle/SAP ERP system is a plus. 举报 分享
