Director PET / plastic division Taicang

- Management of PET-Center department & product specialists at Krones (Machinery) Taicang
- Expert for all PET matters within the region - face to the customer: Full customer support / key account function for customers with PET concerns (mainly blow-molding, labeling and filling) within China and Asia, on-site & troubleshooting, with a holistic view on entire packaging line
- Product management & development; quality standards and improvements, market situation, services, competitor management, future perspectives for product and new developments
- Sales contact for all technical matters within the region and headquarters: Pro-active support and advice of the sales department or other departments regarding technical questions and project negotiations, support of challenging projects
- Responsible contact person during the order clarification in the division and project monitoring, responsible for technical data of the order and for creating of relevant documentation for the customer
- Active problem solving / further development in cooperation with plastics division and if necessary other divisions/areas for a continuous improvement of the product
- Foster and support interdepartmental cooperation within subsidiaries and headquarters, also other subsidiaries besides Krones (Machinery) Taicang

Requirements
- University or Technical college degree or alternatively completed apprenticeship with sophisticated technical knowledge and at least 5 years of sound technical experience in the packaging industry / PET-Business (Blow-molding, labeling, filling,..)
- Extensive knowledge of Krones technology, equipment and Krones product portofolio; expert within the PET-field, with a holistic view on the entire packaging line; PET-bottle development & processing
- Management experience of at least 3 years, preferably international experience in China/ Asia
- Experience with Product and/or project management
- Specific service experience with Krones machines is preferred;
- Assertiveness and competent appearance;
- Customer experience within Asia, strong customer orientation;
- Willingness to travel Asian-wide;
- Experience in the use of MS-Office, SAP;
- Very good command of English, German is a plus
- Intercultural sensitivity and flexibility is a must

克朗斯机械(太仓)有限公司主要进行零备件及更换件的生产，同时，为客户现有的克朗斯设备提供升级服务，特别是技术支持服务、售后服务等等。公司的目的就是集中营运, 为中国客户提供强大的区域服务支持。 此外，克朗斯集团在全球设有3个设备生命周期管理服务 (life cycle service) 海外分公司，中国的克朗斯机械(太仓)有限公司是其中之一。

2007年，随着国内用户的不断增加，公司成立克朗斯（太仓）贸易有限公司。同样坐落在太仓的贸易公司，更大程度上分担了国内用户对整线系统的需要，其中包括整线的匹配，备品备件的采购以及物流的协调管理。在***程度上降低了客户的成本，满足了客户的需求。
同年7月，培训部门的加入成为克朗斯太仓的另一个亮点。克朗斯根据中国各个地区的要求不断的更新着培训活动。量身定做的课程；经验丰富的专家；设备齐全的厂房，在克朗斯太仓，通过克朗斯培训课程，可以有效的使客户通过最低的花费保持最新的技术水平。
