职位描述：

1. 家纺面料及床品的画稿设计到成品搭配。
2. 熟悉纺织染整工艺，印花，绣花，提花的一些基本专业知识。
3. 跑面辅料市场，为家纺床品搭配成品。
4. 后期简单摄影，制作宣传册。

岗位要求：

1、艺术、染织、服装设计及相关美术类专业，大专及以上学历，有三年以上服装或家纺图案、花型及设计工作经验者优先考虑。
2、有较强的设计能力，擅长图案花型纹案设计，对流行元素有敏锐的洞察力；尤其是印花工艺有深刻了解，有较强的色彩敏感度和熟练运用色彩的能力。
3、能熟练操作PS或AI等设计软件，有一定手绘功底。
4、熟悉床品企业产品系列结构，产品组合和产品风格。
5、了解国外床品行业风格、趋势和潮流，有较强的市场敏感度。
6、能独立开发产品花型、图案及各季流行款式面料花型设计及床品件套搭配（以美国市场为主）。
7、沟通协调能力强，良好的团队合作精神。
8、思路开阔，有创新精神，有潜质
