Job Description
1.C&B:
-Implement employee salary & benefits, like:
1. Intern & Temp salary calculation
2. Emploiyee supplimental benefit ( like: Saving plan, festival gifts etc.)
3. Expats salary & benefits tracking and implementation;
4. Employee commercial insurance implement, include monthly tracking & update.
5. Social insurance and public housing fund management."
2.HR Master database
- Personnel database input and maintain
-.Make sure all data accuracy and confidentiality
- Shared database maintain
- Employee personnel file（External & Internal)
3.System
- GHR system data maintain and quality control
- "My Success" support
- T&A system-Interflex management
4.ER Management
- Support for optimize workflow, process....... reduce legal issue, in compliance with Conti policies, guideline, regulations..... to prevent risks;
- Welll implement employee relations management process & activities: includes, working injury.
- Do Emplyee exit interview, Regularly tracking and analysis the status of employment KPI, provide advices for improvement 5.Reporting
- HC & labor cost report ( Bug, Forecast, actual) delivery on time into system or central or government;
- HR Team monthly or yearly reports delivery;
- Market survey or local or funtional analysis data delivery;
- Update & maintain C&B related HR employee Database.
6.Hiring management
- HC control in line with Conti HC controlling standard;
- Support & Implement standard hiring process: legally & professionally, prevent potencial risk if any.
- Quickly settle down employee on board or left related Compensation & benefit management issues.
- Implement & regular modify the management process in case any new related policy applied
Job Required
1.Education / Certification
-Bachelor's degree
2.Professional Experience
- 5 years labor relationship and Compensation & Benefits working knowledge
Familiar with HR Information and Payroll systems, as well as MS office
- Ability to do reporting and analysis
3.Leadership Experience
-Experienced is plus
4.Intercultural / International Experience

Continental AG group was founded in Hanover, Germany in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and among top 500 enterprises in the world. In September 2009, as the first manufacturing investment of Continental Tire Division in China, and an important foreign direct investment project of Anhui province, Continental Tires (China) Co. Ltd., was established.

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
