Job Description – Telemarketing Training & Implementation Supervisor

职位描述 – TMK培训与执行主管

Report to: Telemarketing Manager

Responsibilities

1. Support & track the TMK system & process implementation in franchise schools

2. Develop TMK training plan & materials according to standard TMK operation process

3. Deliver online / onsite training to TMK teams in franchise schools

4. Offer coaching support to local TMK supervisor / team

5. Spot check on the franchise TMK team performance according to quality standard

6. Optimize TMK operation process and offer improvement suggestion to superior

Requirement

1. College education above, 3 year above call center work experiences and at least 2 year in training role. Education industry experience is preferred.

2. Sound knowledge of telemarketing department operation and processing.

3. Strong responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit

4. Strong sense of responsibilities, integrity, and teamwork

5. Excellent interpersonal skill, and with strong personality to give clear feedback

6. Reliable, initiative, stress tolerant, and self-motivated

7. Logical & systematic thinking

8. Good mandarin and English skill on listening、writing、reading and speaking

9. MS Office and especially Excel skill

汇报对象: 电话营销经理

工作职责

1. 支持及跟进TMK系统和流程在连锁学校的执行

2. 根据TMK标准运营流程开发电话营销相关培训计划与材料

3. 通过网络或现场对连锁学校TMK进行培训支持

4. 对连锁学校当地的TMK主管或团队进行教练

5. 根据质量流程标准定期抽查连锁学校TMK团队的工作质量

6. 在执行过程中对现有流程进行优化，并向上级提出改善建议

任职要求

1. 本科以上学历，3年以上电话中心工作经验，至少2年以上培训经验。有教育行业经验者优先。

2. 具有丰富的电话营销经验，熟悉电话营销的运作模式及流程

3. 富有责任心，具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识

4. 可靠，主动，能承受压力，自我激励

5. 有良好的逻辑能力和系统分析能力

6. 较好的中英文书写能力和语言沟通能力

7. 熟悉掌握Office系统，精通Excel
