职位描述：
任职要求(ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS)：
1. 大学本科安全工程专业，或是大学本科工程类(与EHS相关)专业毕业。如果在EHS方面工作经验丰富，中专或专科学历也可适当考虑；
Bachelor degree in safety engineering specialty or associated engineering specialty related with EHS. If with full working eaperieince on EHS, technical secondary degree and junior college degree can be considered;

2. 有三年以上制造企业EHS工作经验，如果有外资工厂EHS工作经验，将优先考虑；
Above 3 years working experience in EHS manufacturing plant , and experience in EHS foreign cpmpany plant will be prefered

3.Good computer skill and ability to use AutoCAD, MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
具有很好的计算机技能，能够熟练使用AUTOCAD,MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

4. 非常熟悉ISO14001&OHSAS18001
Familiar with ISO14001&OHSAS18001 very much;

5.Good command of written and spoken English, and ability to make communication in English effectively;
能够用英文进行有效的沟通（读写说）;

6. 良好的团队合作和沟通能力，尤其是与政府环保部门的沟通能力和经验要丰富；
Good team-work spirit and communication ability and experience, especially with the government environmental protection department;

7. Good ability to plan,organize,coordinate and communicate effectively, and able to work with minimum supervision;
具有很好的的计划，组织，协调和有效沟通的能力，具有很好的自我管理和自我监督的能力;

8. Strong ability to define problems, collect data, trouble shooting, and produce professional reports including introduction, conclusions and recommendations;
具有很强的现场发现问题，收集数据信息，解决问题的能力，具有很好的调研和专业报告的能力;

9.Project management experience is prefered;
具有项目管理经验的优先考虑；


职位职责(ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITY)：

1、有效维护工厂ISO14001&OHSAS18001 体系，保持其有效性，持续改进；
Effectively maitain plant's ISO14001&OHSAS18001, and keep effectiveness and continuous improvement;

2、有效维护安全生产体系和清洁生产体系，保持其有效性，持续改进；
Effectively maitain plant's system of safety prouction and clean production;

3、有效维护改进提高适合于工厂的EHS规章制度，保证厂内EHS规则符合当地政府有关法律法规，同时满足相关的要求；
Effectively maitain and update EHS regulations and rules in plant, and make sure those regulations and rules conform to local goverment's laws and regulation and also others relevant requirement;

4、基于程序、流程、标准、法律和法规，评估、鉴定工厂EHS潜在问题特别是安全隐患；
Based on the procedure, processes, standards, laws and regulation, assess and identify EHS potential problem, especially the safety hidden trouble in plant;

5、日常安全巡检, 员工安全教育, 工作场所职业病危害因素检测以及环保局的定期核查，工厂年度职业病体检；年度环境监测达标（废水、废气、噪音）,按标准处理危险废弃物；
Daily safety inspection , employee safety education, the workplace occupational-disease-inductive factors detection and the periodic review of the environmental protection bureau, the factory's annual occupational disease medical; Annual standardly environmental monitoring (waste water, waste gas, noise）, hazardous waste treatment；

6、基于工作安全分析, 建立工作指导书以及EHS预防性规则、带领实施可行的预防安全事故措施，管理EHS风险；
Based on working safety analysis，built EHS working instruction and preventive rules, lead the implementation of feasible measures of preventing safety accident, EHS management risk;

7、监督EHS流程、管理制度的实施，及时与责任部门沟通反馈保证实践的有效性；
Monitor EHS procedures, the implementation of the management system, timely communication with the responsible department feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the practice;

8、新项目、新设备、新设施EHS的建议及验收，新生产线以及扩容生产线的环评；
EHS proposal and acceptance to new projects, new equipment, new facility; environment assessment to new production line and dilatated production line;

9、负责制定及执行工厂的EHS年度目标，计划，预算及项目预算；
Make and execute plant's EHS annual target & plan, annual budget and project budget;

10、协助有关部门做好特种设备, 危化品和劳保用品的采购与管控；
Assist related departments to purchase and manage special equipment, hazardous chemical substance and labor insurance in plant;

11. 能够承受压力，合理安排时间，完成领导临时交办的任务。
Able to withstand the working pressure, reasonable arrangement of working time, accomplish temporary task assigned by the leadership. 举报 分享
