班主任

The Role
As the leader of student service team, work closely with sales and academic team to reach students' satisfaction of their study experience in EF.

Responsibility:

-In charge of student name list (promotional students, suspension student name list)

-Hold students’ orientation session, update the study schedule online

-Communicate with school students on daily basis, answer students’ inquires and help students solve their problems.

-Deal with students’ complaints and help to reach students’ satisfaction of their study experience.
-Handout questionnaires and work on the problem tracking system
- Achieve the sale target been given from Center Director (contract renew)

-In charge of work report

Requirements:
-Junior College graduate or above;

-Education Major is a plus
-Having experience on customer service or related is a plus
-Good command English both on speaking and writing; and good speaking in mandarin;
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Highly patient, responsible and devoted to work
-Able to work well in a team environment and work under pressure
-Good computer skill at office software, and internet;
-Willing to work on weekend and have weekdays off.

-管理并维护在读学生花名册，并时时更新变更信息

-及时有效地处理学生插班、转班、转校、停课等事宜

-及时处理家长的投诉和跟进家长提出的意见

-按课程管理程序定期有效地与家长沟通其孩子在EF学习的情况

-维持高的客户满意度，并致力于提升客户满意度

-负责课程续费工作，完成续费指标

工作要求：

-大专及以上学历，有教育学背景者优先

-2年以上工作经验，亦欢迎有海外留学背景及优秀应届毕业生

-有相关客户类工作经验者优先

-英语流利，能够与外籍人士直接沟通

-乐于沟通，善于交流，性格开朗

-做5休2，周末上班，周中休息，能承受一定工作压力

-对待工作有责任心，具有良好的协调组织能力

-具有团队合作精神
