职位描述

Purpose of the Job

Develop and execute effective programs to produce the sales objective for the region in Key Account market segments. He/She will have direct responsibility for all Sales Representatives, Account Managers and is responsible for all activities related to their positions. Staying abreast of all competitive activity in the areas of pricing, delivery, engineering and service is essential. The successful candidate will have to gather information, determine what action needs to be taken, and communicate this to the organization for action.


Key Result Areas

Accountable for order intake target

Accountable for smooth execution of projects,

Responsible for pipeline development

Responsible for developing business partners

Accountable (partly) for the satisfaction of principal (Belden-Hirschmann)

Accountable for the satisfaction level of customers and business partners

Responsible for the business growth of Hirschmannn for MNC and Industrial sector in PRC


Main Tasks:

1. Responsible for achieving sales budgets for the region and point-of-sale accounts assigned.

2. Responsible for submitting and achieving annual budgets, board estimates, and monthly commitments.

3. Responsible for the sale of the entire Belden product line within assigned region.

4. Manages and directs all sales and field marketing activities in the assigned region.

5. Makes recommendations for the establishment of sales quotas and sales objectives.

6. Develops and directs plans to improve relationships with key distributors/customers with high potential.

7. Meets regularly with Managers and Sales Representatives to make calls on key accounts and evaluate total performance.


Knowledge and Skills

Have working experience in IT industry and knowledge in switches as well as Ethernet and IP network.

Channel Sales experience.

Good command of English and Chinese.

Aggressive, willing to start business from scratch.

Previous direct sales responsibility for distribution and end user markets required.

A proven achiever and results-oriented individual who is self-confident and possesses and practices a positive can-do attitude.

A mature-minded and self-confident individual who possesses stamina and energy, and will exert the extraordinary effort that is required.

Someone with excellent personal and professional presence.


Education Background: Bachelor degree preferably in information Technology, Computer Sciences, Networking, etc.

Professional Qualifications: Relevant certificate for srouters or switches, networking etc.

Working Experience: 4 years relevant experience.

Language Skills: Good English writing, speaking

Computer Skills: Good Computer Skills for office tools, etc.
