Project Manager
EF Academic Partnerships
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
Plan and execute university English training projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
To cooperate with academic team and make sure conduct professional services to partner, and continuously improve communication efficiency.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with the Directors of Studies, Senior Teachers, teachers and Admin Assistants to manage all administrative aspects of the project.
2. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
3. Liaises with the partner university to organize teacher schedules, manage students' profiles, and submit exam results.
4. Deal with student queries, convey information and needs effectively and in a timely fashion between the DOS, teaching team and university management team.
5. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
6. Determine and assess need for additional staff and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
7. Develop and deliver production report on EF Odin system, other financial documentations.
8. Effectively communicate project expectations to teachers and EF head office in a timely.
9. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel with the project team
10. Plan and implement EF summer and winter closed camps in Shanghai
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3+ years of operation experience and 1+ B to B working experience.
3. Experience of training, consulting or related areas.
4. The ability to work independently and set personal targets.
5. Fluent English communication skills.
