Senior Project Manager

Synopsis:
As a Senior Project Manager in central Product Development team in Shanghai, you will be spearheading EF Professional English's product development efforts, including brainstorming product/project idea, designing detailed product business specification, coordinating with cross-functional team for actual development and working with regional staff to implement. You will also have numerous opportunities being tutored by interacting with company senior management.
Responsibilities:
? Understand company product strategy and development need
? Propose product/project ideas based on customer needs, competitive analysis and company strength and constraints
? Present business idea and analysis results to gain agreement
? Draft detailed product/project business specification
? Coordinate with technical team to implement supporting system, and with operation teams to develop business process
? Work with regional team to implement the system and business process to Professional English training centers
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or higher, MBA preferred
? Strong analytical capability
? Background in project management and product development preferred
? Positive and professional attitude with innovative nature
? Highly organized and self-motivated
? Learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
? Deadline- and result-oriented
? Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
? Fluent English/Chinese language with strong writing and communication skills
? Calm, friendly, approachable person
? Open to occasional travel
