商业分析项目经理（网络营销）

(Mixture of Business Analyst and Project Manager)

Global online Sales & Marketing team. Based In Shanghai

The role:

This is an exciting position to work as part of a multinational online marketing team, based in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of online marketing, website technologies, spec writing and project management The role involves working closely with both the regional online marketing teams(In Russia and Indonesia) and the central team based in Shanghai. As such, excellent English skills are required (Mandarin Chinese skills are not necessary, but an advantage).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and then build a strategy for our mobile online marketing. This would include cell phones and tablet devices.
• Work with Schools to define a strategy for using tablet devices within our sales process.
• Help refine our workflow and improve our specification writing skills across the team and be chiefly responsible for the spec writing process
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, and complete campaign, funnel and source analysis
• Run small to medium sized projects to make sure that ideas get turned into deliverables based on a business case.
• Liaise between multiple departments and multiple countries to turn ideas into reality.
• Suggest how to use the latest concepts, ideas and technologies within online marketing to benefit the Global Online marketing Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business, communications or related field
• 5+ years working experience in online marketing function.
• 5+ years web project management, writing specifications and testing deliverables based on those specs.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
• Good analytical skills and a sense of responsibility
• Great communication skills including Good written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge Microsoft office products
• Conceptual knowledge of web technologies(HTML, CSS, databases and n-tier applications) is an advantage
