- 楼宇自动化控制系统（包括BA,OA,CA,SA,MA系统）
- 制定所管区域的设备保养维修工作计划，并按时高效完成，熟悉控制系统末段数据传输特点，具有较强的故障判别能力；
- 根据系统特点制定应急方案；
- 对下属进行专业技术培训。
- 相关专业大专以上学历，有建筑面积超过10万平方米项目的同等职务3年以上相关管理岗工作经验。
- 熟练使用计算机。
- 具有相关工程师资格证书者优先。
