This Global Biopharmaceutical organization focuses on the entire life cycle of products for the treatment of major diseases. Offering a true customer first policy they operate medical trials around the globe along with offering access to therapies for all.
Currently they have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager you will work closely with the local team working with their HR strategy for growth and people development.
Some of your duties will include -
· Work with Line Managers for HR Programs and recruitment
· Recruitment Process from 1st interview to reference checking, offer and negotiations
· Talent Attraction
· Promoting the brand
· Employee onboarding
To be suitable for this role you will come with -
· 5+ years' experience in a MNC
· HR/Internal Recruitment experience is required ideally a background in healthcare or relevant industries
· Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks
· Bachelor Degree
· Strong communication and stakeholder skills
