工作职责：
1、收集潜在客户信息，确定目标客户，了解和掌握客户需求，建立并发展猎头业务关系；
2、负责猎头招聘项目的跟进；
3、建立并维护客户关系；
4、与猎头顾问保持密切沟通，确保招聘项目顺利完成；

招聘要求：
1、本科以上学历，3年以上猎头、人力资源外包、咨询、培训等行业优先，B2B销售或电话销售经验优先；
2、英语熟练；
3、良好的客户管理能力；
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，认真负责的工作态度，良好的团队合作精神；
5、工作能力强，可独当一面，做事不轻言放弃，并具有良好的解决问题的能力；
6、具有某行业或某领域资深从业经历、客户为500强公司HR部门销售经验优先考虑。
