KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
? The position is as mammalian expression (mainly in CHO and HEK293) leader in Protein Science, the main task includes transient transfection, fast stable development as well as its relevant method optimization, and timely delivery as milestones required.
? Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
? Participate in the project management.
? Working with director to hire new talent, train new employees, and maintain the talents for higher working efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Ph.D in the field of cell biology (or equivalent qualification), expertise in current transient technology within mammalian expression system.
? Experience and understanding in site-specific recombination (CRISPR/Cas9 or other technology).
? Strong team mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent speaking and writing communication skills in English, education abroad is a plus.
EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):
? Ph.D
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
? Knowledge and experience in protein science is a plus.
