Job Summary/职位概述
Overtake the responsibilities independently on all daily/monthly/annual financial tasks and export tax refund process.
独立完成公司日常财务工作及并负责出口退税。
 
Main Responsibilities/工作职责
1. Manage routine work, include but not limited to control of cash, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, anual audit and etc.
负责公司财务日常工作，包括但不限于现金管理、应收/应付、固定资产、库存管理、年度审计等。
 2. Check payments and invoices (including staff’s reimbursement), and complete financial accounts and records accurately by using financial system.
核查付款申请和发票（包括员工报销），使用财务系统准确进行财务记账。
 3. Cost analysis and reconcile for all internal cost report/forecast and China statutory financial reports timely and precisely.
按时准确完成内部成本分析/预算，提交工厂财务报告。
 4. Handle VAT application/authentification/issuing, business tax declaration, enterprise tax declaration related work.
处理增值税发票申请、认证、开具，及公司各项税务申报、公司汇算清缴等事宜。
 5. Responsible for foreign exchange income and payable declaration on SAFE system, and complete tax-refund process.
负责外汇收入/支出申报和退税事宜。
6. Keep good relationship with tax/SAFE bureau, familiar with local financial/tax policies, and keep informed of any update/adjustment.
建立和维护与税务局/外管局的业务关系，熟悉当地财税政策，并能及时掌握最新政策调整情况。
7. Ad hoc works assigned by superior.
公司和上级安排的其他工作。
 
Competency and Skills Required/任职要求
1. College degree or above, major in Accouting/finance or equivalent preferred.
大专学历，财务/金融相关专业优先。
2. Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in domestic or foreign MNC.
2-3年以上内资或外企生产型公司相关工作经验。
3. Proficient in Office software and financial system.
熟练操作办公系统和财务软件。
4. Solid skill and experience in tax refund and tax issue.
有出口退税经验，能处理税务相关问题。
5. Good command of English reading and writing.
英语读、写能力良好。
6. Careful, sensitive in figure and excellent analytic/detail-oriented ability.
对数据敏感，注重细节，做事仔细，拥有优秀的逻辑和分析能力。
7. Can work independently and under pressure with honesty.
能独立开展工作，诚实勤奋负责任，耐压能力好。
 8. Good communication and adaptable skill, and excel at dealing with problems independently and positively.
