§ Monitor daily operation quality on site

§ Learn and satisfy customers' requirements in efforts

§ Deal with customers complaints on site

§ Give efficient support to Senior OP manager on customer expectation

§ Review and give suggestion to SOP

§ Solve problem on site

§ Check and carry out monitor transport proposal and quality inspection plan

§ Check and minimize extra charges

§ Prepare customer/statistical monthly report if necessary

§ Check the outcome of NCRs
