REPORTS TO: Guangzhou Boutique Manager
员工职责General Role
执行店内所有销售事宜，持续连贯地为客户提供高品质服务，发展客户关系，进行销售和完成售后服务。
Be responsible for all sales activities in store. Deliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, sale, and delivering post-sale services.
工作内容Major Responsibilities:
店铺日常运作
Responsible for the daily store operations
提供优质客服，营造与品牌形象相一致的店铺环境
Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
联系现有客户与潜在客户，建立和维护客户关系
Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationship
确保客户及时了解新产品和服务动态
Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
解答客户的询问和疑虑
Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns
执行销售方案，参与市场活动和促销计划
Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
向上级汇报店铺运营情况
Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
完成销售记录和销售报告
Keeps records and reports on sales activities
完成上级指派的其他任务
Other duties as assigned
职位要求Requirements & Capabilities:
2年以上相关行业工作经验，包括高端奢侈品行业或相似领域
At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
热衷零售行业，并具备良好销售技巧
Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
热爱时尚，品味优良
Likes fashion and appreciates quality products
中英文流利，会法语或日语更佳
Fluent in English and Chinese, French or Japanese is a plus
注重团队合作，服务至上，沟通能力强
Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented with good communication skills
