职位描述：
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Daily maintenance and support on Netsuite ERP system ; Prepare users for system use by designing and conducting training programs and reference materials; supports user requests for assistance with system;
Collaborate with business users and vendors to evaluate, develop, verify and deploy system enhancements and new features;
Conduct impact assessment for system requested enhancements by highlighting cross-departments dependencies as well as limitations, if any;
Assist business to define or improve operational work process and procedures; ensure system security by restricting access, establishing disaster recovery procedures, completing backups and monitoring usage;
Gather business requirements and develop implementation plan for future integrated software which is obtained to meet business user requirements or company needs;
Escalate multiple or conflicting demands or requirements for prioritization;
Oversee projects related to all systems including, but not limited to ERP and CRM products;
Cooperate within Steering Committee to implement ERP/CRM Project for IQAir China;

Qualification for the Job
Bachelor degree on computer sciences or business administration;
5 to 8 years’experience in a business attached IT environment
Experience with project management methodology
Experience with work process in trading company or import / export business
Experience with new ERP project implementation or related project deployment;
Knowledge of ERP implementation and software testing;
Knowledge of computer industry systems, products and practices;
Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of business related information;
Highly organized, accurate and precise in work functions;
Good spoken Chinese and English, be presentable;
