• Provides the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer’s needs, providing support while trying the products on, cross-selling, orienting customers to other department if necessary, packing and providing support during payment

• Takes charge of customers’ repair requests, and ensures that corporate after sales procedures are properly activated

负责接待客户的维修要求，确保良好的售后服务

• Ensures the implementation of CRM initiatives and customers’ personal data collection

收集完整的客户资料，以确保CRM项目的实施

• Looks after all operative activities which are necessary to ensure the store efficiency

协助完成店铺正常营运的日常工作

• Support colleagues in charge of product replenishment and stock activities, to ensure store efficiency

协助完成产品补货等后仓工作

· Ensure that products are ready for sale, following visual guide lines

确保产品符合售前标准，视觉陈列遵循公司要求
