职位描述：
Basic Function / General Description:
电梯电子部件维修中心

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
? 对于客户退回的变频器，控制柜等其他电梯的电子模块做初步系统性分析，确定问题的方向；
? 和工程和质量团队，完成从板级到元件级别的故障分析及检修，帮助团队完成失效分析；
? 应客户维修要求，对于可合理维修的产品进行检修并达到相应的质量标准；
? 维护维修中心的的相关测试仪器、设备等符合TPM要求。

Accountability & measures:
? Abide by Ethic code
? Follow OTIS EHS policy, regularly attend EHS training.
? Minimize line down time to support OEE target
? No WIP for any defective units related to testing to support production order fulfillment.

Work experience & skills requirements:
? 必须有电子电性专业背景；具有电梯/扶梯工作经验优先考虑。
? 至少3-5年EMS或者其他电子元件行业如工业电源，UPS和控制柜的相关维修经验，特别是对于较复杂的PCBA板
? 熟练使用万用表，示波器，AC/DC源，AC/DC负载，电烙铁等维修及调试工具；
? 能够理解复杂的数模，模数电路图原理和分析；
? 有使用功能测试机，ICT等测试设备的经验；
