Responsibilities:
? Manage all software environments including product packaging, client build specifications, and product customizations working with IT infrastructure
? Develop bug-fixes, workaround procedures, product changes, installation procedures, roll-back procedures and customer documentation
? Provide technical solutions and guidance throughout the client lifecycle for both the external and internal teams
? Coordinate with the clients’ to identify and mitigate any technical issues that may potentially impact delivery and day-to-day operations
? Provide client software delivery services to meet the operational objectives, including interfacing with the clients’ IT and technical teams
? Provide support and triage issues during the user acceptance testing phase.
? Provide support to the quality assurance team
? Coordinate activities and communication of technical requirements with internal and external teams
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or regional equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent required.
? Has 6 years or above of .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET and the .Net framework)
? Has 4 year experience with IIS
? Knowledge of C# 3.0, ASP.NET 3.5, WCF 3.5, WF 3.5 is required.
? Strong knowledge of integration methodology
? Strong professional consulting skills (i.e. negotiation, client relationship management, scope management)
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
? Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
? Demonstrated ability to work with virtual teams
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
? Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and team-based environment
? Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude
? Demonstrated ability to be a results-oriented self-starter requiring minimal supervision
? Knowledge C# 4.0/5.0, ASP.NET MVC 3/4, ASP.NET 4.0 WebAPI, WCF 4.0, WF 4.0, EF4.1 a plus.
? Experience with ASP.NET MVC 2.0/3.0/4.0, jQuery is a plus
? Available to travel up to 20% a year
