职位描述：
【岗位职责】
1. 根据公司战略目标及经营情况，编制年度公司综合财务预算及控制标准，并进行总体管控；
2. 为公司决策提供关键财务指标、数据，进行财务分析，并提出行之有效的改善建议；
3. 对公司的税收进行整体筹划及管理；与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门建立并保持良好的关系；
4. 建立、完善公司财务管理体系，对部门日常工作进行管理、指导；
5. 合理、有效的进行公司资金及资产管理；
【任职资格】
1. 本科学历以上，会计或财务管理专业，30-40岁;
2. 5年以上企业财务工作经验，3年以上同等岗位工作经验；
3. 精通会计、财务管理知识；熟悉国家财务政策和会计、税务法规；
4. 具有丰富的财务管理、资金筹划、财务分析及判断能力；
5. 为人正直，工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维；较强的沟通能协作能力。 举报 分享
