职位描述：
Job Summary:
1. Provides leadership, technical support and organizational assistance in the area of machine safety
2. Manages the correct registration, review and design criteria for new and relocated equipment by using the TMSS system (Notes Database) and keeping this system up to date by auditing and verifying the data made available by the Plant’s TMSS Coordinators and EHS Coordinators.
3. Manages and supervises the individual plant TMSS Coordinators to ensure the objectives on machine safety and design criteria are achieved as outlined.
4. Provides technical support to equipment design engineers, EHS Coordinators and process engineers in the area of safety
5. Ensures company standards on Machine Safety are implemented and adhered to and for this participates in, leads and/or organizes equipment and machinery acceptance reviews / audits
6. Ensures the role of TMSS Coordinator for smaller (JIT) Plants
7. Either leads or takes part in design team structures to identify the most efficient and cost effective methodology to comply with the company standards on Machine Safety in conjunction with optimized output and production efficiency,
8. Ensures compliance with Lean Principles and other company initiatives to improve production Leads the process of standardization of safety components and works with GSCM in establishing the correct and most effective supply cost of the identified preferred supplier.
9. Conducts machine safety audits, based upon EMSEC Assessments, to verify compliance with the standards. Identifies corrective actions both in the area of technical aspects as well as managerial and/or structural changes

Responsibilities:
1. All of China New machines TMSS evaluation, assist project engineers in designing safe equipment, confirm the circuit diagram of machine when designed; and confirm all safety components in suppliers before the machine delivered
2. Support plants on TMSS upgrading projects for existing equipment in China sites
3. Machine HECP/LOTO Instruction & LOTO management
4. Coach & function manage TMSS Technicians in CN Plants
5. Facilitate supplier coaching & consistency of compliance
6. Establish and Maintain EMSEC Database in each plant with local Technician

Work Experience:
1. 5 years or above Plant Machine Engineers
2. 2 years or above Plant Machine management
3. In depth knowledge of electrical wiring diagrams and electrical system design
4. In depth knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems
5. Knowledge of safety PLC programming

Education/Certification:
1. Electrical Bachelor degree
2. Specialist knowledge of technical safety regulations
3. Specialist knowledge of safety components and use of - in electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic

Specialized Skills/Knowledge:
1. Good to Fluent in English
2. Knowledgeable in electrician, mechanism, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
3. Capable of managing complex projects, involving a multitude of disciplines.
4. Capable of working & communicating with all levels within the organization
5. Computer Skills, knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software and applied reporting / communication software, can be couched working on EHS Database 举报 分享
