职位描述：
Job Description
1. Liaise with suppliers and clients for audits to establish and maintain site quality management system, involved in project implementation to ensure compliance the product and components, production processes and supplier’s quality management system with the client’ quality standard and expectation requirements
2. Improve key deliverables (KPI) at all milestones. Actively participate in monitoring process and improvement plan
3. Investigate the complaints related quality issues and rejected products disposition and follow up with corrective and preventive actions to satisfy the clients.
4. Conduct the quality training courses

Requirements
1. BS in Automotive or Engineering or related majors
2. More than 5 year working experience in QA, preferable in a manufacturing environment, at least 3 year experience in management level
3. Proficient in quality control tools e.g. APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA
4. Solid understanding of QMS, TS16949 and knowledge in Six Sigma preferred
5. Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations
6. Excellent communication and cooperation skills on an international basis and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Fluency in English, CET6 / TEM4 or above, Garman is an advantage
