1.负责淘宝商城店铺的整体策划和编辑，使商品促销实现多样化、内容化、品牌化；
2.策划、撰写产品宣传文案和商品广告文案；各种促销及营销策划方案和实施方案；
3.负责编辑淘宝商城货品说明,进行直观、感性、富有吸引力的描述，提高货品成交率；
4.搭配服装款式，合理优化网站和目录的产品图片效果；
5.分析淘宝关键字排序规则，制定商品命名规则，挖掘产品亮点与卖点；
6.商品具体内容的策划和编辑，使商品描述实现多样化、内容化、提高品牌形象；
7.能够熟练运用各种宣传媒介组织策划宣传推广工作,并加强与内部相关部门和外部的沟通与协作；

职位要求：
1、市场营销、品牌策划或服装相关专业毕业优先,大专以上学历；
2、熟悉淘宝渠道分销的文案策划工作，或1年以上的网络策划工作经验；
3、熟悉网站运营方式，了解网络营销，能够独立策划并组织实施网站的推广，对网站的PV(访问流量)负责；
4、独立完成广告策划案、品牌推广方案，配合美工完成相关的表述设计
5. 了解电子商务运营、发展，善于挖掘网络关键字；
6、文字功底强，能够独立作市场宣传策划及文案的撰写；
7、创新意愿强，表达能力强，有工作激情，事业心责任感强；
8. 熟悉女装品牌服装行业，有一定的品牌意识，对女装服饰流行有敏锐的洞察力；
