1. 制定产品设计策略和计划；收集流行信息，面料，颜色，款式；

2. 以专业需求、功能性和时尚元素为设计基础，确保满足产品市场定位；

3. 与工艺人员配合，调整设计效果，使设计符合生产条件及市场的要求；

4. 积极配合上级交待的工作任务。

任职要求：

1、热爱女装设计，有较好的审美和着装品味，善于搭配；

2、服装设计专业专科以上学历，品牌公司1--3年以上的工作经验；

3、熟悉服装当前流行面料、服装工艺流程；

4、市场敏锐度高，美学功底深厚，色彩感觉好；

5、有较强的手绘功底和绘图技能，能独立完成开发设计工作；

6、具备较好的沟通表达、组织协调能力，以及较好的团队合作意识。
