1、负责订单的在线售后问题及退换货、退款等事项的处理；
2、订单发货情况的跟踪及疑难件的处理；
3、负责解决客户给公司的评价和其它各种售后问题，维护与客户良好的合作关系；
4、部门的协调及客户的沟通。
5、有淘宝网店售后工作经验优先考虑。比如淘宝中差评价，退款及物流跟踪及投诉
6、负责店铺新老会员的定期回访维护，倾听顾客的建议与意见，及时向公司反馈信息并提供改善方案；

岗位要求：(担任过客服工作、呼叫中心工作的优先考虑)

1.熟练操作计算机及各类聊天工具，打字速度60字/分(特别优秀者可适当放宽)；
2.具有较好的网络沟通能力,熟悉服装网络销售，对流行趋势有一定的了解，能够给客户提供着装建议；
3.具备主动服务意识：能服务好客户、处理好售后问题；积极销售意识：能将店铺产品快速的销售出去；
维护品牌意识：能让客户深层次的了解并认同店铺。
