1、负责公司淘宝店铺、商城的推广工作，提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率，完成公司的目标销售额；
2、策划并制定网络店铺及产品推广方案。（包括淘宝推广，SEO论坛推广，SNS推广等）；
3、能够找到性价比高、有效的网络广告及推广方式，会通过分析本店的页面流量，独立IP访问量等数据而确定网络广告的真实、有效性；
4、熟悉淘宝直通车、淘宝客、超级卖霸，钻石展位等淘宝宣传工具，并且非常熟悉淘宝站内各种免费推广活动的收集策划，并善于 总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策；
5、安排店内各类促销活动策划，并监控执行情况；
6、有一定的活动方案撰写的能力。

任职要求： (熟悉女装品牌在淘宝商城运作的优先)

1、2年以上产品营销策划、推广，组织、实施并全案跟进经验；
2、熟悉淘宝流程，性格随和细心，能吃苦耐劳；
3、精通淘宝直通车、钻石展位，有各类广告资源，精通各种推广模式优先；
4、与淘宝相关工作人员有良好的关系的优先；
5、具备优秀的分析能力，组织领导能力和协调能力，以及一定的策划能力
