Brief Description:

Prime responsibility would be to manage day-2-day activities of the Platform Solutions Group -China team.
Will be responsible for assigning activities to the resources and ensuring that the work gets completed as per schedule and as per SGS PSG
standards.Ensure100% resource utilization in the team.
Will be the prime contact between the PSG Project and Senior Managers and the China team.
Will provide technical oversight to the programmers and will be the first point-of-contact for the programmers to get problems resolved.
Skills Needed:
At least 10 years of IT experience having done programming in .NET and Microsoft technologies.
Experience in building large scale Windows and Web enterprise applications on .NET 3.5,4.0/SQL. Real time knowledge of WPF and WCF.
Should have experience building teams from ground zero level with minimum management support. Experienced in managing team sizes of 10-20 programmers.
Managing multiple projects and programs.
Fluent in English besides Cantonese or Mandarin.
Well versed with SDLC process and strong release management skills.
Technology certifications and Project Certifications is a plus
Should be a self-starter and independent worker.
