JOB PURPOSE　工作目的
The role is tasked with effective, efficient, qualitative delivery of Information Technology services including business engagement, requirement analysis and project management.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责
?Acts as the natural communication point as IT representative with the business stakeholder
?Actively manages Applications Portfolio to guide business in prioritizing on Projects after ranking opportunities against strategic fit, costs, risk, expected returns etc.
?Works with business senior executives to align technology solutions with business strategies and contributes to the business unit strategic planning process.
?Work with business stakeholders with a paradigm of IT being a technological facilitator to improve business efficiencies to enhance and optimize IT investments in Applications.
?Advises business executives on the risks and benefits of using technology to build competitive advantage and improve business performance
?Works with business and IT executives to measure business and IT performance metrics, and measures, tracks and reports on benefits realization and customer satisfaction levels.
?Actively build cross-functional and cross-competence collaboration within and outside the direct area of control.
?Show strong commitment in all engagements and remain flexible to best optimize resources and skills.
?Direct activities to ensure work adheres to business requirements, including processes, procedures, standards, acceptance criteria and change control processes as defined by Electrolux IT.
?Demonstrate continuous effort to improve application and project support, decrease turnaround times and streamline processes to provide quality customer service.
?Maintain leadership and personal skills at the highest level.
? Design and deliver innovative costs effective application solutions to meet business requirements
?Identify and drive opportunities for synergies across IT in Electrolux.

Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement 学历／专业资格要求
?Bachelor degree in computer technology or related field, University with Grade 211 or 985 is preferred.

Work Experience Requirement 工作经验要求
?Familiar with business process of finance, supply chain, manufacture.
?At least 3 years of demonstrated work experience in IT roles consisting system analysis, application development, data analysis and design.
?At least 3 years in IT Project management
?At least 2 years’ experience in software development such as JAVA, C++, PHP etc.
Skill/Competence Requirement主要技能要求
?Must have technical and functional knowledge of working in Industrial organization on any ERP Platform. Knowledge of JDE would be an advantage.
?Must have previous experience of business analysis for IT application demands, knowledge in MRP, shop floor control, bar coding systems would be an advantage.
?Must have previous experience of managing Applications Projects.
?Must have previous experience of coordinating UAT with users.
?Previous experience in managing third party resources and services for offshore support and development of IT applications.
?Experience of identifying, structuring and implementing solutions around IT applications in a project environment
?Ability to prepare and present material to all levels, including Senior Management.
?Previous experience in working in a multinational company is a plus.
