职位描述:
- Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face
- Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it. If the problem doesn't seem to solve, then
forward the problem to the Salesmen.
- Respond to the problems of the customer promptly.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,
and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Look after the customer Orders / Deliveries / Payments and update their transaction status
- Draft the necessary documents, letter to customers
- Coordinate with the internal department (accounting - production - quality) to find solutions and resolve various issues
- Maintain a follow up on the customer, whose query you had solved,. Ensure they are satisfied with
your answer
- Insert Claims from customers, involve immediately the Salesmen to solve the issue
- Push Production department for keeping the delivery on time as per customer request
- In case customer need to advance or postpone the delivery then coordinate the information with
production department
- Insert the Sales order gotten from Salesmen into the system
- Effect the Purchasing of products manufactured in B&P Italy and follow up the delivery time to B&P
Hangzhou by daily comunications with our offices in Italy
- Coordinating the delivery of ready goods for customer by contacting shipping company
- Supports to Salesmen for providing basic informations about delivery time and payments gotten
from customers
- Supports to Sales Manager for statistics and reports
- Translation between Chinese and English
岗位要求:
Fluent English
Proficiency in sales and documentation procedures
Experience in Sales Department will get priority for the application.
Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures
bachelor's degree or something equivalent
Able to use the computer extremely well (emails and excell)
Able to handle a lot of data
Able to manage critical situation with customers
