Job Summary:

Responsible for drafting, modification and implement of policy, procedure, budget, plan and daily activities in training and recruiting functions. Assist human resource manager to organize and arrange company events and employee campaigns.

主要负责培训及招聘模块的各项政策制度、工作流程、年度预算及计划的制订、修改及实施,日常培训及招聘活动的安排。协助人力资源经理策划、安排公司各项活动。

Main duties and Responsibilities:

1. Training Function

培训模块

1) Draft and modify related policy, procedure and work flow of training function.

起草并修改培训相关的政策、程序及工作流程。

2) Analyze training requirements collected from departments and draft annual training plan and budget.

分析部门培训需求,草拟年度培训计划及年度培训预算。

3) Develop suitable internal/external training resources, and manage vendor.

开发合适的内外部培训机构/培训师,管理供应商。

4) Foundation courses delivery, such as orientation, English training, etiquette, communication skills training, etc.

基础课程讲授:入职培训、英语培训、礼仪、沟通技巧等。

5) Sign training agreement with employee who attends external/ overseas training course if necessary.

在必要的情况下,与参加外部/海外培训的员工签订培训协议。

6) Selecting, training and assessment of department trainer.

部门培训师的选拔、培训及考核。

7) Cataloguing and retention of all training documents.

培训文件的整理和存档。

2. Recruitment Function

招聘模块

1) Draft and modify related policy, procedure and work flow of recruiting function.

起草并修改招聘相关的政策、程序及工作流程。

2) Analyze manpower requirements submitted by departments and draft annual recruiting plan and budget.

分析部门提交的人力需求,草拟年度招聘计划及年度招聘预算。

3) Draft job description.

撰写岗位说明书。

4) Develop and maintain recruiting channels such as head-hunter, recruiting website, campus recruitment, recruiting agent, etc.

开发、维护多种招聘渠道,如:猎头、招聘网站、校园招聘、职业中介等。

5) Candidate searching & pre-screening, recruiting pool establishing & maintaining, interview arrangement and negotiation.

候选人搜索、初选,人才库的建立、完善,面试安排及薪酬谈判。

3. Company events and employee campaigns

公司活动及员工活动

Assist human resource manager to organize and arrange company events and employee campaigns.

协助人力资源经理,策划、安排公司各项活动。

Job Requirement:

More than 3 years experience in human resource area

3年以上人力资源工作经验

Bachelor degree or above, human resource related major

本科或以上学历,人力资源相关专业

Good communicating skills both in oral and written English

良好的英文书写及口头沟通技巧

Good coordination and problem solving skills

良好的组织协调及问题处理能力

PROFILE

 The INglass-HRSFlow group, based in San Polo di Piave, was founded as Incos in 1987, with main activities comprising the design and manufacture of molds for the plastics industry
 1991 witnessed INglass-HRSFlow focusing its attention on rotating multicolour and multicomponent molds for automotive lighting.
 2001 gave birth to the HRSFlow division targeted exclusively on the planning, design, and implementation of hot runner systems for plastic injection molding.
 2004 setting up of the INglass division dedicated to injection compression molding technology and the production of large transparent polycarbonate surfaces as an alternative to glass products for the Automotive industry (Plastic Glazing).
 2004 the Technological Automation Unit was set up in order to deal with the research, development and production of control units to allow operators total control of the molding process.
 Since 2007, INglass-HRSFlow has been able to offer customers a service aimed at optimising mold cooling time by means of mold cooling analysis and, if required, the production of tailor-made inserts using SLM - Selective Laser Melting (laser-melted metal powder) technology.
 2009 opening of a new production plant for hot runner systems in China - Hangzhou to serve the high demanding Asian markets like Japan, Korea and Taiwan,
In the same year, gave birth to the HRSmultitech line, that offers the perfect solution for high- performance systems catering to large production volumes involving reduced part weight or thickness and technically-advanced materials.
