职责描述 Job Description

1.负责公司质量管理系统建立、维护和改进等工作；
2.组织、推动质量管理体系推行、实施与持续改进；
3.负责策划各种质量管理活动，如参与对外协合作方的审核、认证工作；
4.负责策划组织和实施公司内审：ISO,GMP,Ethical等；
5.负责策划和组织内部人员的相关培训：安全、环境、质量、社会责任以及岗位认证(job qualification)培训；
6.其他公司管理体系相关的工作

1.Ensuring company policies and management systems implementation and control through the review of our policies, procedures, forms and records；
2.Maintaining and updating management systems, monitoring quality activities, and improving effectiveness and efficiency of management systems through PDCA/CAP system；
3.In charge of planning and implementing internal audits(ISO,GMP,Ethical),regulatory audits,3 party system accrediation audits and inspections;
4.In charge of the company training program including periodical&annual GMP training, safety,quality,ethical and job qualification trainings
5.Other related corporate management system activities

职位要求 Job Requirement：
1.本科以上，医药，化妆品，精细化工等相关专业优先
2.工作经验：3年以上质量管理经验，有医药、化妆品质量管理及体系认证审核经验者优先
3.熟悉常用质量管理工作：QC7大手法，SPC，lean，和5S等
4.有ISO9000/14000/22716/SA8000 及GMP内审员资格证书及相关经验者待遇从优

1.Bachelors degree or above
2.Experience in packaging components sampling test,online inspection,and finished goods test
3.Equivalent 3 years experience in quality management in cosmetic or pharmaceutical factory preferred
4.An in-depth understanding and experience of Health & Safety, and management systems
5.Able to demonstrate proven and significant experience of management systems, standards and auditing techniques
6.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and educate / train at all levels
7.Good knowledge of and certified for GMP,ISO 9000,ISO14000,ISO22716,SA8000 preferred;Certified GMP Internal Auditor
8.Master all quality management tools including 7 qc tools,lean,SPC,5S etc
