职责描述：

开发与拓展所辖区域的市场，完成公司下达的业绩指标；

负责所辖区域的业务运作和客户关系的长期维护和管理。

1．根据公司的营销方案，制定积极、合理的销售目标和行动计划，并达到目标；

2. 定期检查和核准工作计划，以便更好地达到销售目标；

3. 保持与区域内相关学科带头人的良好关系；

4. 研究和发展市场，确定市场的潜力并保持销售的持续稳定增长；

5. 完成公司规定的各项汇报，及时掌握、分析并向公司反馈市场及行业信息，包括目标客户群信息、竞争对手的活动等，为公司提供决策支持；

6. 与市场部、技术部和公司其他各部门沟通合作，执行公司的策略。

任职要求：

1. 生物、医药类相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2．有销售经验及业绩突出者优先；

3．较强的沟通说服能力及谈判技巧；

4. 执行能力强，有创新精神，勇于接受挑战性工作，较强的分析和解决问题的能力；

5. 拥有良好的职业操守，高度的责任感和进取心，良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；

6．自信、开朗、积极阳光的心态，能在压力下保持良好的工作状态；

7. 较强的学习和提升能力，能快速接受专业及相关知识，并有效传达给客户；

8. 知识面广，善于与人沟通，应变能力强；

9. 工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，可塑性强；

10. 拥有当地丰富人脉关系或行业资源者（如医院、科研单位、生物医药公司）优先；

11. 熟练使用Office办公软件。
