2.Project management:Assign the correct engineers to projects, monitor project status, identify and address risks andissues, find and provide necessary resources, ensure the success of all relevant projects.

项目管理：根据项目情况，安排开发团队的开发工作；监督项目进展；发现、确认开发风险和隐患；寻找合适的开发资源，以确保所有与项目相关事务的成功推进。
3.Connector: Represent the team whenever proper, maintain a healthy connection with all peers and relevant functions, keeping the information flowing smoothly between inside the team and out.
沟通联系：代表开发团队与所有其他团队、其他部门保持良好健康的沟通，使工作相关信息，在部门间、部门内顺利沟通。
Qualifications:
1、BS/MS degree majored in Computer Science, or similar.

本科以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业。
2、5+ years formal working experience in Software industry, including 2+ years experience as management level.

5年以上软件行业工作经验，2年以上管理职位工作经验。
3、Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

良好的沟通能力，英语能力良好。
4、Project management experience.

具有项目管理工作经验。
5、Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously and manage requirement changes.

具有同时管理多个复杂项目的能力和管理项目变化的能力。
6、Ability to interface with other managers across the company and across time zones.

具有和公司内外其他经理交流合作的能力。
