Principal Responsibilities:

1. Be part of, or lead a small agile team to join the international project task force to maintain and enhance existing products, as well as to develop next generation applications;
2. Collaborate with Product Management to identify, prioritize and specify detailed product functional requirements;
3. According to feature spec, to design and implement application codes in Java on Android, Linux, Windows or other platforms;
4. Conduct unit and system integration tests, and cooperate with internal QA engineers closely for the defects investigation/resolution as well as the acceptance tests for Alpha, Beta and formal releases;
5. Participate and execute the engineering processes, and help ensure the quality for the products and other team outputs;

Required Qualifications:

1. BSCS/MSCS, or related technical degree(s);
2. Familiar with TCP/IP protocols and socket programming, the expertise in multi-threading, and knowledge on GUI/XML/HTML, etc.;
3. Well understanding and expertise on OOAD & OOP concepts and practices;
4. 3+ years solid design and coding experiences in Java. Experience in C++ programming is a string plus.
5. Familiar with Android platform, has hands-on experience in this platform.
6. Proven records on s/w development project experiences, at least gone through a full SDLC recently
7. Good team player, excellent work ethics, commitment to job and quality;
8. Excellent English communication capability able to work with colleagues around the world smoothly
9. Strong leadership and soft skills, as well as project management abilities;

Desired Qualifications:

1. Work experiences in the mobile industry and mobile messaging application is definitely a plus.
2. Highly motivated, willing to learn and able to catch up quickly, possess a strong passion for technology with the "Can-Do" work attitude;
3. Be self-sufficient, and capable to operate effectively under tight deadlines w/o close supervisions;
4. Excellent inter-personal/inter-group skills and excellent communications abilities with counterparts in the US and Europe;
