1Ensures that the Department's activities are aligned with the Corporate Finance Strategy. Ensure the P&P are well complemented throughout the property and internal controls are in place.
确保部门的日常财务运作与集团策略一致。确保物业的运转是按照政策和流程的，做好内部控制。
2Review the financial results after closing .Responsible for ensuring that all l reports are compiled accurately and submitted in a timely manner
复核所有的财务数据,确保所有的报表准确及时地递交.
3Prepare Budget & Forecast and closely cooperation with the property GM to ensure targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
编制预算及预测，协助总经理有效地控制成本、完成目标.
4Maximizes employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
通过培训，工作的灵活分配最大化地发挥员工特长，使其达到企业的财务目标以及客人的需求.
5Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by property GM and DOF. Keep good relationship with owner and other related parties.
完成物业总经理及财务总监安排的其他工作。保持与业主及其他相关部门的良好关系
6Dealing with the treasury and cashflow of Management Company and properties.
合理安排公司的现金流以确保公司的正常营运.
