职位描述：
1、28-42岁，大专及以上学历，电气相关专业。
2、5年以上商业物业、办公楼、酒店、工厂公用设施管理维修保养经验；
3、具有设备维护管理知识，熟悉暖通、强电、弱电、变电站、楼宇自控等设备、设施的原理及日常维护要求；
4、良好的团队管理及供应商管理能力；较强的计划编制能力及组织协调能力；优秀的人际沟通和协调能力及团队合作精神；
5、能承受较大的工作压力，工作细致、严谨，具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神和责任感；
6、具备一定的英语读写能力，能熟练运用各类办公软件，能熟练掌握CDA制图。
